Jesus as Father in the Old Testament

The everlasting Father Isaiah 9;6 Deut 32:6 Isiah 8:18
Jesus addressed his disciples as children (Matt 15:26 Mark 10:24 John 13:33).
Jehovah Jesus Jehovah Saviour (Matthew 1:18-25).

THE CREATOR

I say: “O my God, do not take me in the midst of my days! Your years go on through all generations of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands. They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.
(Psalm 102:24-27)

But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment; And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail. (Hebrews 1:10-12).

THE HEAD OF ALL SPIRITS
Hebrews 12:9 God is the Father of Spirits
Colossians 2:10 The head of all principality and power. Weymouth states ‘he is Lord of all princes and rulers.’ Moffatt states ‘he is the head of every angelic ruler and power, the stone, shepherd and the saviour

GOD THE HOLY ONE
JESUS THE HOLY ONE

A reference to God by Isaiah. “Woe to a sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a brood of evildoers, children of corruption! They have forsaken the LORD; they have despised the Holy One of Israel and turned their backs on Him.” (Isaiah 1;4)
“Do not fear, O worm Jacob, O few men of Israel. I will help you, declares the LORD. Your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.” (Isaiah 41:14).
“For I am the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I give Egypt for your ransom, Cush and Seba in your place.” (Isaiah 43;3)
Note, Isaiah calls the Holy one The ‘Saviour’ yest in the old testament he said I give Egypt for your ransom!

JESUS THE HOLY ONE IN THE N.T.

But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you; (Acts 3;14).The holy one to see corruption… Corruption we think of a CD disk that is corrupted. The word means, He who knew no sin was made sin. So he experienced sin like none other. He had a greater rev of son than us. Imagine being so holy that fur the first 32 plus years of your life you do not know what sin was. I as a child knew what sin was but this man did not know sin. Sin to him was therefore a great punishment a superior heavy burden than we could ever imagine. We are born into sin  and shapen in in iniquity, Christ however knew no sin. Born without it, apart from it. Sin had no part of him, his ancestry geneology or history

GOD MY SALVATION

The Jehovah of the old is the Jesus of the new. The lord who has become my light and my salvation
Salvation is both a person and an event now only jesus can be both a osrson and an event.
In the od testament salvation came to the israelites in bondage in Egypt. A type of salvation
Isaiah 52:10 and all eyes shall see the salvation of our God.
God is my light and salvation (Ex 15:22 Samuel 22:3 KJV).
The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence.
For he shall save his people from their sins
Mine eyes behold the salvation.

THE FATHER

The everlasting Father (Isaiah 9:6).
My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you will not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate before the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. (1 John 2;1).
And the LORD appeared unto him the same night, and said, I am the God of Abraham thy father: fear not, for I am with thee, and will bless thee, and multiply thy seed for my servant Abraham’s sake. (Genesis 26:24).
I and the Father are one.” John 1:30)
He who has seen me has seen the Father (John 14:9)
